If you are aged 16 or over and a patient of a GP practice in England you can now see your prospective (future) full general practice health record including free text, letters and documents through the NHS App, existing GP online services or register for an online account
You will see this information once it is entered or filed onto your records held in the clinical system we use EMIS.
